To ensure personalized attention and ample practice opportunities, our classes host a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 participants. Small class sizes are central to our teaching approach, allowing for meaningful interaction and feedback.

Absolutely! Robert Carrow personally leads all the classes, bringing his extensive experience and personalized coaching techniques to each session.

We take short breaks about every hour. Snacks and water are provided. We break for lunch about halfway through the class for an hour. There are many different types of cuisine within walking distance of the hotel.

No preparation is necessary. Our class operates on an improvisational basis to encourage spontaneity and real-time learning. We do recommend a good night’s sleep to ensure you’re energized and ready for an active day of learning.

Participants must be at least 16 years old. Our classes generally attract adults over the age of 21, with a wide range of ages from 25 to 60.

In the rare case that you’re the sole registrant a week before the class, we’ll offer you a choice between a 2-hour private coaching session or rescheduling to another group class date at no additional cost.

Due to the nature of our small class sizes and the costs involved, we’re unable to offer refunds. Your registration secures a valuable spot, limiting availability for others. If unforeseen circumstances arise, we recommend transferring or selling your ticket to someone else.

Given the logistical and fairness factors involved in small-group settings, we generally do not offer rescheduling. This policy ensures that every class is fully committed and that we can provide the impactful experience promised to all participants. We appreciate your understanding of the complexity and effort behind organizing these classes.
